AVI EDELMAN (Editor): Avi Edelman has been a frequent collaborator of award-winning director Matthew Bonifacio, serving primarily as his script supervisor and editor. He previously worked on Migraine and recently edited Ana Smile and Fortune House, the latter of which recently completed a multi-award winning run at over a dozen film festivals. Other credits include The Walk, Todd Solondz’s Dark Horse, and dozens of videos for political candidates and nonprofit organizations. He studied film at Columbia University after winning the prestigious John Cannon Memorial Scholarship from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. A man of many hats, Avi also serves as the Program Director for Operation Understanding DC—a Black/Jewish dialogue and leadership program for DC-area high school students—and a new media strategist and special advisor for the Center for Working Families, a national policy nonprofit.
